The HRV-Trainer enables you to simulate
HRV mesurements by generating artifical heart rate progressions:

Measurement |
Description |
Deep breathing test
(DBT) |
Meanwhile a duration of 1 minute the respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA)
will be recorded. The analysis gives you a comparison to the
parameters of a reference group consisting of persons at the same age
as the proband.

Short term HRV |
Meanwhile a duration of 5 minutes the heart rate will be recorded.
The analysis gives you a comparison to the
parameters of a reference group consisting of persons at the same age
as the proband.

How is artifical heart rate progression
generated in the HRV-Trainer software?

Determinate proband's age.

Determinate mean heart rate.

Determinate
the influence of the respiration on heart rate by parameters
like "respiratory frequency RSA" and "amplitude RSA".

Determinate further sinus oscillations in the frequency ranges VLF,
LF and HF.

Determinate
trends (increase and decrease of heart rate meanwhile
measurement).

Assembly of artifical artefacts, which correlate to extrasystoles or
measurement artefacts.

All settings can be saved in "templates".

Numerous precast templates facilitate the first steps in the
HRV-Trainer software.
